Drone My City uses only the information needed to operate the marketplace, complete purchases, protect licensed files, and improve the service.

Information collected

When you purchase footage, payment and contact details are processed by Stripe. Drone My City stores order identifiers, customer email, purchased footage, license status, and download history. Payment-card numbers are not stored by Drone My City.

How it is used

Information is used to deliver purchases, maintain license records, provide support, prevent fraud, and understand basic site performance. It is not sold to data brokers.

Service providers

Cloudflare provides website, database, and file-storage infrastructure. Stripe will provide payment processing when checkout launches. Each provider handles information under its own privacy terms.

Your choices

You may request access to or deletion of eligible personal information by emailing privacy@dronemycity.com. Certain transaction records may be retained where required for tax, accounting, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.
