Standard footage license

Use the view. Keep the rights clear.

Each per-video purchase grants one customer a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive license to use the downloaded footage in finished creative work.

You may

• Edit, crop, color-grade, add music, titles, narration, and other creative elements.
• Use the footage in advertising, film, television, websites, social media, presentations, and client projects.
• Deliver a finished project containing the footage to your client.

You may not

• Resell, redistribute, share, or sublicense the original file as stock footage or a standalone asset.
• Make the original file available for download, including inside a template, library, or competing marketplace.
• Use the footage unlawfully, deceptively, or in a way that implies an endorsement that was not granted.

Ownership

The copyright remains with Drone My City or the contributing pilot. Your receipt and order record are proof of your license.
